Hayk Kupelyants awarded prize of the Federalist Society's Faculty DivisionHayk Kupelyants was awarded the prize of the Federalist Society's Faculty Division in response to a Call of Papers on Private International Law, Economics and Development.

Hayk is a third year PhD student at the Faculty of Law working on sovereign debt litigation, supervised by Professor Richard Fentiman and Dr Michael Waibel.

From October 2015, he will be the Clifford Chance lecturer in the conflict of laws at the Faculty. He previously studied in Armenia, France and the UK. His paper will be discussed at the Federalist Society colloquium in California in October 2015.
