Alison Young giving evidenceThe Faculty's Professor Alison Young was invited to give evidence before the Exiting the European Union Committee on Wednesday 6 March.

Professor Young gave evidence alongside Swee Leng Harris (Head of Policy and Public Affairs, The Legal Education Foundation, and Senior Policy Adviser, The Bingham Centre for the Rule of Law), and Dr Brigid Fowler (Senior Researcher, Hansard Society), on the role of Parliament in the progress of the UK's negotiations on EU withdrawal.

Professor Young is the Sir David Williams Professor of Public Law, and a Fellow of Robinson College. She currently co-edits the UKCLA blog on constitutional law, and is a member of the Editorial Board of European Public Law. She is also a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and is affiliated with the Oxford Human Rights Hub and with the Programme for the Foundations of Law and Constitutional Government, both at the University of Oxford.
