Jens Scherpe takes over as editor of the International Journal of Law, Policy and the Family (IJLPF)

From January 2020, Professor Jens Scherpe has become the editor of the International Journal of Law, Policy and the Family (IJLPF), published by OUP. Having previously been assistant editor, he takes over from Mr John Eekelaar (Oxford) and Professor Robert Dingwall (Nottingham Trent University) who have been the editors of the journal since its inception. John Eekelaar remains connected to the journal and has taken on the role as assistant editor, and Dr Claire Fenton-Glynn (also University of Cambridge) continues to serve as a member of the editorial board.

The peer-reviewed journal is the world’s leading international family law journal and has a tradition of publishing articles from a wide variety of jurisdictions and from authors of all stages of their careers.
