CELS/CPL Response to consultation paper on retained EU case law

Members of the Cambridge Centre for European Legal Studies (CELS) and Centre for Public Law (CPL) have prepared a response to the Ministry of Justice's Consultation on the Departure from Retained EU Case Law by UK Courts and Tribunals (July 2020).  The response was drafted following discussion at a webinar event on the 16th July 2020 organised by both Centres, a copy can be found below:
