Jonathan Morgan and David Feldman provide evidence to parliamentary Public Bill Committee

The Faculty's Professor David Feldman and Dr Jonathan Morgan gave evidence on Tuesday to the Public Bill Committee on the Judicial Review and Courts Bill currently before the House of Commons.

The Bill seeks to reform the rules around Judicial Review and facilitate a number of procedural improvements across the court system.

Professor Feldman is Emeritus Rouse Ball Professor of English Law and Emeritus Fellow of Downing College. Dr Morgan is Reader in English Law, and Fellow and Director of Studies in Law at Corpus Christi College.
