The Malcolm Clarke Photograph Collection

The Faculty of Law and Squire Library are pleased to announce that an entry for the photo collection created by Professor Malcolm Clarke, which he and Mrs Eva Clarke have donated to the Faculty, has been added to the Eminent Scholars Archive. Professor Clarke, a keen photographer, amassed a collection of photographs of Faculty personalities at various events and celebrations that extends from the early 2000s back to the 1970s and 80s.

In the collection they have been grouped by personality with brief biographical details, and can be viewed via an index to the gallery. In total there were approximately 200 photos in Professor Clarke’s album, which include images of approximately 100 named personalities, several of whom are, sadly, deceased. Those who have been interviewed for the Archive, and for whom a comprehensive biography and full CV are available are indicated.

The Faculty and the Squire are most grateful to Malcolm and Eva for taking and saving these important records, and for donating them to the Faculty for safekeeping.
