O'Sullivan & Hilliard's The Law of Contract provides students with a clear, straightforward, and comprehensive account of the core principles of contract law to enable a sound understanding of the subject. The new edition has been rigorously updated by Janet O'Sullivan. All the key topics on the LLB and GDL courses are covered, and the author introduces students to current debates in the field.
