Oxford University Press has just published a volume of essays on tort law, in honour of Jane Stapleton, on her retirement as Master of Christ's College, Cambridge.
The volume considers her work as a leading scholarly authority on tort, providing cutting-edge analysis of central issues in tort scholarship.
The editors include Jonathan Morgan (University of Cambridge) and Jodi Gardner (University of Auckland, and formerly St John's College, Cambridge). The collection's contributors (including Nicholas J McBride of Pembroke College, Cambridge) are leading scholars from Australia, England and the United States, reflecting Jane Stapleton's uniquely eminent position in all three leading common-law jurisdictions.
