Location: LG19, Faculty of Law

Jogee and Ruddock (2016) is the most significant judgment in the field of criminal law in the last decade (if not longer). In this debate, Matthew Dyson (Trinity) will speak in support of the Supreme Court/Privy Council’s decision, whilst Nick McBride (Pembroke) will speak against it. There will be time for questions from the audience. This debate will be of particular relevance to students of Criminal Law, and will be recorded.

Dr Dyson has produced a video on the decision, and both speakers have produced documentation which is available on Moodle.

All welcome.
