A visiting lecture by Daniel Greenberg.
Tuesday 29 January 2019, 5.30pm, LG18 followed by drinks
Daniel will offer some behind-the-scenes thoughts on the deterioration of relationships between, and perceptions of, these three components of the constitution.
Daniel Greenberg is Counsel for Domestic Legislation (House of Commons); General Editor (Westlaw UK); Editor (Craies on Legislation, Stroud's Judicial Dictionary, Jowitt's Dictionary of English Law, and Statute Law Review); and Director (Constitution Reform Group).
All are very welcome (undergraduates, postgraduates, visitors and Faculty members). The talk will be of particular interest to:
- Law students taking, or interested in, Public Law subjects e.g. Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, Human Rights, Public Law Seminar (Tripos/LLM) or Legislation (LLM);
- POLIS students;
- Those interested (or potentially interested) in a career in legislative drafting – which Daniel will be happy to discuss over post-lecture drinks.
